"The bill just didn’t add up"
I got charged extra and I still don’t really understand why. Maybe I missed something, but if a charge shows up that I wasn’t expecting, then it feels like it shouldn’t be there. I asked about it and nobody really explained it in a way that made sense to me, so I’m left feeling annoyed.

"Pretty reliable signal almost everywhere"
The coverage has been really solid for me. Even around my office, where my old network was always acting up and dropping out for no good reason, this one holds up well. Calls are clear, and data loads fine on the train too. I’ve hit a couple slow spots here and there, but I’m blaming the area more than the service. Overall, I’m really happy with the signal quality.

"Roaming was fine... until it wasn’t"
Roaming worked while I was abroad, so at first I was like, okay, this is decent. But then anytime I got into a busy area, the data would keep dropping and suddenly I was not impressed at all. It got the job done, but I wouldn’t call it amazing

I switched because the plans were cheaper than what I was paying with my old carrier. Coverage has been fine so far, nothing amazing, but I haven’t had any major issues. For the price, it feels like a decent deal.

"A bit slow, but okay at times"
The data was slow for me and dropped more often than I’d like. It still worked here and there for basic stuff, so it wasn’t completely unusable, but I wouldn’t call it reliable.

"Setup was mostly fine, but the activation..."
Setup was mostly fine, but the activation part kind of had me going, “Wait, why is this taking so long?” I ended up restarting my phone twice before it finally worked. It did get there in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected

"Felt Left in the Dark"
I was told my phone would be compatible, but once I tried to set everything up, it didn’t work. On top of that, the SIM card took way longer to arrive than expected. I kept waiting without really knowing what was going on, so the whole thing left me feeling frustrated and left in the dark.

"Using the app made a simple task more frustrating"
I was trying to manage my Orbit Mobile account the other night while I had dinner in the oven, so I figured I’d quickly check my billing and plan details. Somehow that turned into way more work than it should’ve been. The app feels slow, the menus aren’t very clear, and I kept tapping around just trying to find basic account info. The login also kept acting strange, which made the whole thing even more annoying. It feels like no one tested this with regular customers just trying to get something simple done.

"Number ported, but it wore me out a bit"
I switched my number over to Orbit Mobile and it did eventually work, but it took longer than I was expecting. I had to wait around and then contact support once just to figure out what was happening. They did respond and were helpful enough, but not exactly fast. By that point I was just tired of dealing with the whole process. The service has been fine since, but the porting experience could definitely be smoother.

"Support was quicker than I expected"
I had a minor issue with my Orbit Mobile order, so I sent support a message assuming I wouldn’t hear back until the next day. To be fair, it wasn’t a huge problem, but they got back to me within a few hours and actually seemed to have read my message, which I appreciated.
It did take one follow-up to fully get everything sorted, so I wouldn’t say it was flawless. But for a small order issue, the support was friendly, clear, and fast enough that I’d call it a solid 4-star experience.
